Deliveries and returns

Packages are usually shipped within 3 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via the shipping method selected at the time of ordering with a tracking number. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online until you receive it.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We offer you free shipping in metropolitan France from 50 euros of purchase if you choose Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Do you want to return a package to us? You have a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from the day of receipt of the package containing the products ordered, to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, according to article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code.

Please send us an email to contact@fredmecene.com to let us know. Please include: your order number, the returned product(s) and the reason(s) for the return.

The return costs will be at your expense except in the event of non-conformity of the products delivered in relation to the Order.

You can only exercise your right of withdrawal if the product is returned intact, unopened and in its original packaging. The security label on which the barcode appears must be intact. The product must not be used or even tried.
